The programme may be adjusted based on the number of registered oral presentations. The full programme will be available for download in early October 2026.
Participants arriving on the evening of Wednesday, 7 October, are welcome to join an informal dinner at the conference hotel. Please note that the dinner is not included in the conference fee — participants cover their own costs (10 Euro). If you would like us to arrange this for you, please indicate this during registration.
ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Presentations should not exceed 15 minutes, including discussion. The conference room will be equipped with a PC and projector. Presenters are kindly requested to prepare their slides in PowerPoint format using standard fonts, and to bring their presentation on a USB flash drive.
Presenters will be informed of the exact time to upload their presentation to the conference computer — typically at the beginning of the day or at least 30 minutes before their session.
POSTER PRESENTATIONS
The maximum poster size is 90 × 80 cm. Posters may be installed from the start of the registration period and will be displayed throughout the conference in the foyer outside the conference room.
POSTER AWARDS
The best posters will be awarded in two categories:
- Best scientific content
- Best visual/design presentation
